With a focus on sustainability 🌱, on a daily basis we support companies enabling them to improve their travel management through our constantly evolving services and solutions, always characterized by our tech attitude and smart and innovative processes. 🚀We know that success comes from People and deserves to be recognized.👫Proactivity and Reliability, Kindful collaboration and communication are the core values of our Solution Culture.If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest growing B2B scale-up then BizAway is the company you have been looking for. 🤩We are looking for:We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Travel Agent - German Speaking (m/w/d) , with experience in customer care call centers (inbound calls, emails, and chats) that can solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.Your role in BizAway :Made a reservation for our Client thought the Platform and using our ProviderResponding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail and travel request by our platformEntering customer information in our system to issue reservation or update the bookingExplaining rules and procedures to use our service in PlatformExplaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, ecc)Your basic qualificationsAt least 1 year of previous experience in the Travel IndustryBasic knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in a local travel agencyExcellent knowledge of both written and spoken German (B2 and up)Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in the morning)High school diploma or equivalent required.Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background checkWe are also interested inGood communication skills in EnglishCustomer Care experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to learn and adapt to new software technologiesOur offer✈️ A seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growth
