• Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and production teams to drive initiatives that enhance product quality and cost efficiency.
• Implement value engineering to optimize product functions while minimizing costs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Industrial engineering knowdlege, with a focus on process optimization and cost management.
• Fluency both in italian and english.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Knowdlege of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with AI, Cobots, and AR technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and leverage diverse perspectives.
