- Coordinate activity scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation across departmental teams.
- Ensure the timely supply of materials through collaboration with the Materials Management unit.
- Supervise and control logistics operations.
- Utilize SAP functions related to production processes.
- Organize departmental work efficiently, proposing changes to shifts or task distribution as needed to meet objectives.
- Report requirements for departmental tools and equipment, oversee their maintenance, and ensure proper usage.
- Analyze critical factors and identify solutions for continuous improvement.
- Monitor production progress within the department, supported by team leaders.
- Manage contractual and legal aspects concerning the working hours of departmental personnel, including holidays, leave, and overtime.
- Contribute to the training and development of department staff.
- Engage personnel by providing information and handling feedback.
- Manage the 'OPERA' Plan: set objectives, monitor progress, assess results, and implement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company regulations and disciplinary procedures, and address internal conflicts.
- Assess and manage anomalies in goods received and dispatched.
- Control the use of tools, equipment, and documentation within the workshop.
- Communicate major technical issues clearly and document them for relevant departments (e.g., Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Control), including:
- Incomplete or unclear documentation.
- Errors in requirement determination.
- Missing or inadequate tools and equipment.
- Address Foreign Object Debris (FOD) issues and inform team leaders when necessary.
- Support team leaders in overseeing the correct usage and completion of working documents (assembly and control reports, schedules, fault lists).
- Maintain knowledge of key quality documents (e.g., Manufacturing Data Reports).
- Analyze departmental quality indicators, understand their implications, and propose improvement actions.
- Supervise the implementation of accident prevention regulations.
- Ensure compliance with fire prevention protocols within the plant.
- Monitor risks associated with chemical materials.
- Promote accident prevention and reduction strategies.
- Train and update team members on safety regulations.
