KWS Italia S.p.A. is seeking a Station Manager for our breeding station in Monselice. This strategic role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and actively contribute to developing innovative solutions for future agricultural challenges. Key Responsibilities -Overall management of activities at Monselice and Campiglia stations -Coordination and supervision of assigned projects and activities -Promote team efficiency through cooperative leadership -Timely and high-quality implementation of tasks within budget -Focus on technical solutions for challenges like climate change, mechanization, digitalization -Talent development within the team -Manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders Operational Tasks -Planning station activities -Support budget planning, investments, and staffing -Coordinate with other Station Managers -Supervise Team Leaders -Prepare and submit documentation to agricultural authorities -Manage farmer contracts and administrative processes -Create and update work instructions and protocols -Technical and disciplinary team supervision -Organize annual ESDs and training activities -Ensure compliance with work and safety regulations -Represent the station externally and in seminars What We Offer -Inclusive and collaborative work environment -Professional growth in an international context -Innovative and challenging projects -Continuous support for personal development -Competitive compensation package Ready to grow with us?
