The purpose of this role is to provide support to the senior team by taking responsibility for all administrative activities within the team, ensuring that campaigns are executed smoothly and planned effectively.Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesFocus ClientManage clients’ integrated communication plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.Maintain an effective relationship with the client’s marketing and communication team.Maintain an effective relationship with international Dentsu teams, where applicable.Ensure the smooth running of daily account activities.Focus PlanningCoordinate planning activities at a global level across the client’s key markets.Development of integrated responses to client briefs.Collaborate with strategic teams and all internal stakeholders to effectively and cohesively meet client needs.Manage reporting activities for the client.Provide innovative planning solutions that drive growth opportunities for Dentsu.RequirementsKnowledge of key online and offline media channels and their planning dynamics.Previous experience in managing media activities at the international level.Fluent in written and spoken English (mandatory).Strong coordination and effective task planning skills.3+ years of experience of planning and with account management, managing internal/external stakeholdersExcellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.Precision, attention to detail, and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with Beauty sector (preferred)Personal SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering outstanding customer service.Strong time management and project management skills.Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitudeLocation: MilanBrand: Dentsu MediaTime Type: Full timeContract Type: Permanent
