The intern will be supporting the team in different activities related to international shipments, relations with vendors, payments, data maintenance, etc.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport in all operation activities related to mainly system data upload in different stages of collection and production and shipments tracking .Participate with team in activities related to interactions with suppliers and external company during diverse phases from development to productionOnboarding process for new vendors and related activitiesFollow-up with payments at development and production stage, payments status, invoices outstandingSupport on rebilling activities, payments withdrawing, vendor's invoice datasPurchase Orders supporting activities and infos maintenance in systemsCoordination of outbound and inbound international shipments, data collecting and all related documents to support transitExperience, Skills & Knowledge
  • 4-year college degree, preferred or equivalent experience
  • Good verbal and written (email) communication in English, fluent in Italian
  • Proficient in all computer systems: Intermediate to advanced Excel (i.e. pivot tables, v lookups etc.) PowerPoint, Word.
  • Team working
  • Plus, if have experience in SAP-PLM-GEF
