As a Technical Plant Engineer, part of the Maintenance & Engineering team, you will assist in the provision of professional high level technical services to the PPG Milan Plant Facility by ensuring compliance of projects national laws and codes, to PPG Standards, Policy, Technical Guidelines and Procedures and industry best practises. You will also work to achieve the PPG vision Engineering Mission and Commitment statements, acting in a professional, supportive manner and cooperating with fellow Staff.Responsibilities:

Support the Engineering & Maintenance Manager and to other areas of the Engineering team.
Manage the planning and delivery of multiple nominated Capital Works Projects including preparation of Tender and quotation documents for consultants and contractors
To oversee design and construction of developments ensuring compliance with timing, investment capital spending forecast, project specifications
Develop and continuously update the Technical Standards, Technical Guidelines and associated systems and procedure
Assist in ensuring business and legislative requirements are adhered to at all times
Implement actions to ensure the reduction of PPG Milan exposure to risk management issue
Communicate effectively at all levels and respond efficiently to achieve determined service level expectations and requirements of PPG

Qualifications:

Degree in Industrial/Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry or ,alternatively, Mechanical Engineering or expert appraiser
Consolidated experience in the role, gained in modernly organized companies strongly oriented towards the market
In-depth and documentable technical knowledge
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in project management of construction/restoration programs, plants construction/restoration programs and/or essential service development programs
Experience in development assessment, construction supervision and the subdivision process
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Access and Autocad software (or comparable)

In qualità di Ingegnere Tecnico di Stabilimento, parte del team Manutenzione e Ingegneria, assisterai nella fornitura di servizi tecnici professionali di alto livello per l'impianto PPG di Milano, garantendo la conformità dei progetti alle leggi e ai codici nazionali, agli standard PPG, alle politiche, alle linee guida tecniche e alle procedure, nonché alle migliori pratiche del settore. Supportare il Manager dell'Ingegneria e Manutenzione e altre aree del team di ingegneria.
Gestire la pianificazione e l'esecuzione di più progetti di lavori capitali nominati, inclusa la preparazione di documenti di gara e preventivi per consulenti e appaltatori.
Supervisionare la progettazione e la costruzione degli sviluppi, garantendo la conformità con i tempi, le previsioni di spesa in capitale d'investimento e le specifiche del progetto.
Sviluppare e aggiornare continuamente gli Standard Tecnici, le Linee Guida Tecniche e i sistemi e le procedure associate.
Assistere nel garantire che i requisiti aziendali e legislativi siano rispettati in ogni momento.
Implementare azioni per garantire la riduzione dell'esposizione di PPG Milano a questioni di gestione del rischio.
Comunicare in modo efficace a tutti i livelli e rispondere in modo efficiente per raggiungere le aspettative e i requisiti di livello di servizio determinati da PPG.

Qualifiche:

Laurea in Ingegneria Industriale/Chemica o Chimica Industriale, oppure Ingegneria Meccanica o perito esperto.
Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo, acquisita in aziende modernamente organizzate e fortemente orientate al mercato.
Conoscenza tecnica approfondita e documentabile.
Eccellenti capacità interpersonali e di comunicazione.
Esperienza nella gestione di progetti di programmi di costruzione/restauro, programmi di costruzione/restauro di impianti e/o programmi di sviluppo di servizi essenziali.
Esperienza nella valutazione dello sviluppo, supervisione della costruzione e processo di suddivisione.
Competenza con software MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project e Access e Autocad (o comparabili).
