- Identifying and qualifying new leads through digital channels, website visits, request forms, etc.
- Contacting potential customers via phone or email to present our products and services
- Preparing and sending personalized quotations based on customer needs
- Recording and managing sales activities in our CRM system
- Following up on quotes and collecting customer feedback to support strategic decisions
- Enriching and profiling our international customer database
- Joining training sessions with suppliers and collaborating directly with them
- How to use professional tools like Salesforce CRM and B2B e-commerce platforms
- The dynamics of international B2B sales
- How to create and deliver effective sales quotations
- How to manage and grow commercial relationships across different markets
- How to communicate professionally in a multilingual and multicultural context
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Languages, or related fields
- Excellent command of English (C1 or higher)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Italian, Arabic, French, Spanish or German are a plus
- Real experience in international B2B sales
- On-the-job training with direct support from a work buddy
