This is a cross-country role, working closely with local sales teams and central marketing to ensure consistency, speed, and quality in commercial execution.Responsibilities:Tender Management (approx. 30%)
  • Coordinate and prepare responses to international public and private tenders
  • Build and maintain a centralized content library of proposal materials, templates, and standard content
  • Work closely with country managers and sales teams to gather inputs and tailor proposals
Sales Presentations & Marketing Collateral (approx. 30%)
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and client materials for both prospects and active clients
  • Ensure consistency with brand and marketing guidelines
  • Support sales teams with pitch materials and commercial storytelling
CRM & Pipeline Coordination (approx. 30%)
  • Manage and update the commercial CRM
  • Collaborate with local teams to structure and qualify a shared sales pipeline
  • Segment and assign opportunities to the appropriate sales reps or country teams
Also:You will collaborate with all departments (Ops, Finance, Network…) to create the tender bible and, subsequently, guide the tender activityProfile & Skills:
  • Experience: 2–5 years in similar roles (B2B marketing, commercial support, bid management, project coordination)
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building capabilities
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Excellent writing, synthesis, and communication skills
  • Structured, proactive, and commercially minded
  • Comfortable working across different countries and cultures
  • Fluent English is a must
This role is based in Milan, Italy, with a Smart working policy, but is flexible to evaluate profiles from different parts of Italy.What we offer:
