Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and market share for Monta’s products in the country.
Build, empower and train a team that is adequately able to grow the Monta product in the country
Ensure that financial performance aligns with budgetary expectations and promptly report and address any discrepancies.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective campaigns and initiatives that resonate with local customers.
Foster strong relationships with key clients and local partners to ensure good performance and high customer satisfaction
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring the effective recruitment and onboarding of new customers.
Monitor and analyze market trends to adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage

Requirements

Higher professional education level Master’s degree or equivalent;
More than 10 years of managerial experience in e-commerce or logistics, with a focus on growth;
Depth knowledge on the Country eCom market
Leading by example, being approachable, and actively contributing to your team's success;
Be passionate about developing people and take the initiative to create a supportive work environment;
