- Ownership of Specific cross-functional and Area Projects.
- Periodic updating of the product range plan to 3-5 years taking into account the new product development plan.
- Leadership of the cross-functional work team for the detection of ideas and project perimeters for the research and definition of Profit Recovery initiatives.
- Scheduling, monitoring and expediting of the progress of activities and continuous updating of Profit Recovery forecasts in order to maximize the annual Profit Recovery results in reference to the expected goals.
- Variable cost of products evaluation, comparative analysis of BOMs to support Product Developers to apply Cost driven Design logics.
- Collection and verification of project sheets and economic and financial evaluation of Profit Recovery initiatives.
- Definition and promotion of tools for products variable cost evaluations and definition of the needed views for understanding the cost structures and their evolutionary dynamics.
- Promotion and moderation of brainstorming for the generation of new Profit Recovery ideas.
- Periodic reporting.
- Master's Degree in Engineering or a similar field
- Knowledge of the technical structures of mechanical and / or electronic products
- Knowledge of the manufacturing processes of mechanical and / or electronic products and of the industrial cost values attributable to the various components
- Expert user of Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of the operating logics of Company ERP (SAP) and PDM (Windchill)
- Knowledge of the main methodologies and use of planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Nice to have: Experience in the construction and analysis of industrial cost structures and Knowledge and experience in the use of costing tools for mechanical and electronic components
- Leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
