- Plan & Manage Inbound Transportation for Stock Entry
- Plan & Manage Packing, Shipping and Outbound Transportation from internal logistic provider and external supplier
- Manage Inventory Accuracy & Integrity, scrap in external different suppliers
- Manage relationships with Suppliers and with the whole Supply Chain team to optimize deliveries and stock
- Manage materials from incoming to delivery in Informatic Systems SAP - GSI
- Manage documentation related to materials IN and OUT
- Optimize the costs of the transports from internal or external warehouses
- Contact the couriers or clients for logistic issues
- Manage the costs and invoices for logistic /transport suppliers
- Degree in Management Engineening or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and communicational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Technical Knowledge/experience:
- Experience of at least 3 yrs in warehouse/logistics activities
- Good knowledge of SAP (IM and WM) and Excel
- Knowledge of invoice, PO tool (Ariba, Inspire,..)
- Knowledge of English
