  • In charge of the administrative and organisational tasks of the office
  • The point of contact of our providers
  • Responsible for the office's logistics
  • Organizing internal events and help the marketing team with external events
  • Ensuring the daily life of the office
  • Helping shape a happy, productive and creative work environment 🎨
  • Welcoming and guiding the visitors, suppliers, candidates, employees...
MUST HAVE 🎯
  • Fluent in Italian (C2) and English
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to learn & evolve quickly
  • Autonomy
  • Pro activity
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Fun and positive attitude 🤹‍♂️
  • Work permit in Italy
