The role involves working both independently and within a team to design, build, and maintain high-quality systems, while also taking part in technical discussions and on-call rotations.The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in data engineering, with experience using cloud platforms and big data frameworks. They should possess strong programming skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage tasks autonomously. A passion for learning and collaboration is essential for success in this role.What You’ll Do
  • Analyzes and implements a complex feature autonomously
  • Builds software solutions by adhering to our quality standards
  • Participates in the technical design of features with guidance
  • Understands and optimizes system performances
  • Prioritizes tasks with autonomy based on requirements and proper context
  • Partecipate to a 24⁄7 on-call turns
Who Are You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • Previous experience as a Data Engineer (+2 years)
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS, Spark, Flink, and similar frameworks
  • Good Knowledge of programming languages including Java, Scala, Python
  • Familiarity at least on a cloud provider, and Docker tools
  • Good tasks management and communication skills
  • Team player
  • Eager to learn
