The Account Manager builds solid relationships with and provides support to a selected portfolio of Manufacture clients. They handle all day-to-day servicing, contribute to revenue goals, and increase Circana penetration and value acknowledgment with key client contacts. Job Responsibilities -Enhance Circana's connection with Clients, building strategic relationships based on value. -Manage and support implementing Circana's strategic approach to the client, creating business insights, and supporting day-to-day needs. -Contribute to team revenue and opportunity pipeline, achieving commercial target on his/her client portfolio. -Partner with cross-functional departments and team members to bring the right solutions to the client. -Create high client satisfaction by managing expectations and providing excellent customer service. -Understand and communicate complex data in an easily digestible format.
