Job DescriptionA great opporutnity to join as a Director of F&B at a Luxury 5 star hotel in Rome

Experience required 3-5 years in a similar management role in a structured hotel company , preferrable in Italy
Fluent in Italian and English, knowledge of additional languages preferred
The role is intended as Excom
He will report to both General manager and Director of Operations
He will manage the departments of: Food & Bevarage (40 pax), Executive Chef will not report to him but will work close to Director of F&B. But Culinary is another department.
