- Fluent in Italian and English, knowledge of additional languages preferred
- The role is intended as Excom
- He will report to both General manager and Director of Operations
- He will manage the departments of: Food & Bevarage (40 pax), Executive Chef will not report to him but will work close to Director of F&B. But Culinary is another department.
