- Prepares documents in Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
- Performs administrative functions including, but not limited to, the preparation of written correspondence and documents using in-house and external style documents.
- Manages the calendar, schedules appointments, meetings and conference calls and arranges for complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries.
- Keeps client contact details and lists up-to-date.
- Reviews and prepares bills and expense reports for travel and entertainment. Submits vouchers for payment. May also prepare and track personal expense information.
- Assists with the preparation and distribution of monthly reports to all partners and Firm management.
- Maintains effective and accurate filing systems (both for hard copy and electronic documents).
- Prints, prepares and collates papers ahead of meetings.
- Attends trainings as required to keep up-to-date with firm-wide procedures
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant / Legal Secretarial role within a law firm
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Highly organised with a flexible approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work to deadlines
- Enjoy working as part of a team
