To ensure accurate and compliant accounting and tax management, supporting monthly and annual closing processes and delivering reliable financial data to local management and corporate HQ, in full compliance with Italian GAAP (OIC) and local tax regulations, contributing to the financial stability and growth of the GroupKey Responsibilities:Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and fixed assetsRecord and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsRecord monthly payroll journal entries, including salaries, taxes, social contributions, TFR, and related accrualsSupporting monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes according to corporate deadlines and OICEnsure proper application of VAT and compliance with local tax regulationsSupporting accounting schedules, reports and documentations for internal management and corporate HQSupport externa auditors and tax consultants during periodic auditsHandle additional administrative and accounting duties assigned by Accounting ManagerRequirements:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (or Accounting diploma with strong experience)3-5 years of experience in accounting rolesSolid understanding of Italian GAAP (OIC), VAT, payroll-related accounting, and tax requirementsAdvanced Excel skillsGood communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsItalian and english fluentWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation commensurate with performance and experienceIntegration into a fast-growing multinational in the automotive sectorOpportunities for professional development in an international context, with direct interaction with European and Asian HQDynamic, innovation-focused environment with emphasis on sustainable mobilityAbout BYD GroupFounded in February 1995, BYD Group is a leading high-tech, multi-sector company focused on innovation and development in the automotive, rail, energy, and electronics industries.
