An internship at adidas is more than just a learning opportunity — it’s a chance to live your passion, contribute to a global brand, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function supports the business by providing key financial insights that enable better decision-making, enhance transparency in reporting, and improve the accuracy of planning activities such as forecasting and budgeting.As an FP&A Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to financial planning and analysis processes within the Europe Finance team. You will support reporting, data analysis, and planning tasks while gaining exposure to financial tools, systems, and methodologies. This internship provides hands-on experience in a multinational environment and contributes to the digital finance transformation journey.GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS
  • Support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
  • Assist in monthly closing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data.
  • Contribute to the preparation of standard financial reports and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Help monitor cost centers, supporting managers with financial data and insights.
  • Maintain and update information in reporting and planning systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance transparency in financial reporting.
  • Gain exposure to tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
  • University degree in progress (Bachelor or Master) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous internship or academic experience in Finance/Controlling is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong interest in Finance and business analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Collaborative mindset, with willingness to learn in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while being a team player.

ELIGIBILITY
  • Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship.
  • Candidates in last year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate).
  • Availability for the full duration of the internship from January 2026 – July 2026.
  • Ability to relocate to Milan in Italy for the full duration of the internship.
