- Technical expertise – Solid experience in software engineering, with a focus on scalable architectures, microservices, and cloud-based environments (AWS preferred).
- Leadership experience – Proven track record of managing cross-functional engineering teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Strong communication skills – Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders across different levels.
