- Manage and coordinate the product development lifecycle, from proactive participation in brainstorming sessions to product launches at trade fairs, working closely with R&D, Packaging, and Strategic Marketing
- Monitor adherence to project timelines, providing regular updates to the team
- Critically and thoroughly evaluate products, with the ability to provide detailed feedback
- Prepare presentation materials, development briefs, and product data sheets for the sales team and clients
- Conduct benchmark analyses and track international trends to support concept definition within the assigned product category
- Support the creation of technical-marketing content accompanying product launches
- Collaborate in the preparation of trade fairs, industry events, and trade marketing activities
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmetics sector, preferably in manufacturing companies or international brands
- In-depth knowledge of the cosmetics market and product development and positioning processes
- Excellent command of English (B2-C1 level)
- Second language required: French (preferred)
- Creativity and aesthetic sensibility combined with precision and method
- Strong team player attitude and cross-functional collaboration mindset, with a passion for innovation, formulation, and cosmetic packaging
