You’ll also be hands-on with building, migrating, deploying, updating, and maintaining complex solutions based on RedHat OpenShift and IBM AIX. You'll tackle escalated cases, identify bugs and design flaws, and collaborate across teams to drive fast, effective resolutions.   • Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters across cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Ensure high availability and performance of platforms.
  • Automate workflows using GitOps and scripting.
  • Resolve platform and application-level issues.
  • Manage security components including certificates, LDAP, and backups.
  • Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and platform updates.
  • Provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.
  • Ensure platform reliability and operational excellence.
Who You AreKey skills3–6 years of experience in Linux and AIX environmentsStrong OpenShift and Kubernetes expertise (AKS/GKE experience a plus)Scripting/programming skills (Java, Python, Bash, Go, YAML)Familiarity with Red Hat tools (Ansible, RH Application Runtimes)DevOps mindset (experience with CI/CD, monitoring, and incident management)Cloud proficiency (solid understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid cloud environments)Experience managing LDAP integrations, user profiles, keys, and certificatesFamiliarity with tools for real-time monitoring, alerting, and log/event collectionSkilled in performance tuning, patching, backup procedures, and network configurationCertifications like Red Hat OpenShift Admin or Kubernetes Admin preferred#KYNHIRINGKIISBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
