FLOW MANAGER EXPERT OFFICER (ROMA)

• Support the implementation of the operational activities of the assigned office
• Support the preparation of the schedule for the voluntary relocation interview, ensuring a proper prioritisation of specific categories of cases
• Assist to ensure a regular and clear communication flow between the central office and teams deployed and local offices
• Regularly liaise with the national authorities to receive updates on the field activities and cases assigned for processing
• Support the organisation of linguistic and interpretation support for the stakeholders and follow up on the quality of the service provided
• Provide regular analytical and statistical reports on outputs and challenges of the EUAA Operations team
• Plan and coordinate the activities on the field e.g., disembarkations, voluntary relocation, humanitarian corridors, etc, including coordinate with national authorities and Member States as needed
• Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, including the possibility of going on mission.
