Field Service Coordination SupportWe have an opportunity for a Field Service Coordination Support to join us at Honeywell.The Field Service Coordination Support will exhibit genuine interest in solving work problems through proactively asking questions, clearly communicating and collaborating both internally and externally to grow the business. In addition, the Field Services Coordinator is responsible for understanding our competition and customers, and showing initiative to learn and continuously improve company processes.The Field Service Coordination Support will oversee a variety of associate planning, logistics, and fiscal activities, some of which will require advanced or specialized knowledge and skills. As pioneers of automation control, we understand complex industrial facilities, and how to create high-quality and high-performance chemicals and materials.Safety, sustainability, and digitalization powering the future of chemicals, materials, and energy.Key requirements· Oversees and/or performs a range of diverse activities for the department or organizational unit; serves as a central point of liaison with other departments and external constituencies in the resolution of a variety of day-to-day matters concerning scheduling and administration of the field services unit.· Manages field service schedule for particular region, including customer correspondence, and directs field engineer communication. Also has decision rights and exercises judgment in coordination with regional field services manager when dealing with customers on issues such as discounts, applicable premiums, and non-billable concessions.· Assists in program/project planning, schedule development, and execution of stated goals and objectives.· Researches information, compiles statistics, gathers and computes various data; prepares special and/or one-time reports, summaries, audit responses or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant data from a variety of sources.· Logistical support for field engineers, which includes coordinating and facilitating meetings, coordinating and planning subcontractor resources on need basis, facilities usage, events, travel arrangements, permits and visas, as required.· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.· Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.· Follow all company safety policies and procedures.· Prepares proposal and engages with customers on securing order.· Ensures the adequacy and accuracy of data for accurately invoicing the customers.· Uses extensively global online planning tools in Company ERP system for scheduling, forecast and invoicing.· Maintains records of service contracts and ensures timely scheduling of resources in consultation with customers.Key skills and qualifications· Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required· 2-3 year's administrative support experience in a field services coordination role.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills desired.· Demonstrated strong service orientation with attention to detail and follow through necessary as a customer service leader.· Oil and gas Industry experience is highly desirable.· Ability to read, understand employee information, offer letters, government documents, correspondence from legal counsel and other data requests from external sources.· Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from internal and external customers, or members of the business community.· Ability to effectively present information to employees and Management.· Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as percentages and ratios· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions· Intermediate Excel spreadsheet skills. Must be PC proficient and have an aptitude for working with a variety of computer systems/applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Exhibits understanding of general accounting/business principles.· Ability to read, speak, and write in English and Italian required.
