This team, consisting of both full-time employees (FTEs) and Partner Cloud Solution Architects (CSAs), is dedicated to enhancing customer experiences as they transition to hybrid and public cloud solutions.We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to join the Global Delivery (GD) organization, with strong expertise in Microsoft Teams and Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.In this role, you will deliver scalable, repeatable, and high‑quality technical engagements for enterprise customers worldwide, helping them modernize collaboration, voice, and identity platforms across hybrid and cloud environments.As part of Global Delivery, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting customers in adopting secure, resilient, and well‑governed Modern Work and Identity architectures while enabling delivery at scale.Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.   • Deliver remote and hybrid customer engagements focused on:
○ Microsoft Teams (Chat, Meetings, Calling, Voice, Rooms)○ Active Directory (on‑premises) and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Design and implement modern collaboration and identity architectures, aligned with Microsoft best practices.
  • Lead Teams adoption and modernization initiatives, including:
○ Teams workload onboarding and optimization○ Teams Phone and voice readiness (where applicable)○ Integration with Microsoft 365 workloads
  • Support identity modernization scenarios, including:
○ AD to Entra ID integration○ Hybrid identity (AAD Connect / Cloud Sync)○ Authentication and access models
  • Provide guidance on:
○ Identity security and governance○ Conditional Access and identity‑based access control○ Service reliability and operational readiness
  • Drive technical delivery excellence across assessment, design, deployment, and optimization phases.
  • Create, reuse, and improve standardized delivery assets, playbooks, and IP to enable scale delivery.
  • Collaborate with field CSAs, partners, and factory delivery teams to ensure consistent customer outcomes.
  • Act as a Teams & Identity SME within the Global Delivery community, contributing to skilling and knowledge sharing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English. Being fluent in both languages is mandatory.QualificationsRequired/minimum qualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND solid years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with:
○ Teams Phone / PSTN connectivity models○ Conditional Access and identity security scenarios○ Microsoft Defender for Identity (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of:
○ Zero Trust identity principles○ Governance and compliance in Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS‑700, MS‑102, SC‑300, or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to mentor peers and contribute to technical communities
