- Leading Complex Deal Navigation & Executive Sponsorship – Guiding the enterprise sales team through complex, long-cycle sales processes for both online and in-store strategic accounts, personally engaging with key decision-makers, and acting as executive sponsor for the most strategic deals to ensure successful closing.
- Driving High-Stakes Negotiation & Key Relationship Architecture – Leading negotiations for high-value, multifaceted contracts, ensuring maximum client value while protecting company profitability, and developing strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Driving Strategic Business Development – Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to identify, pursue, and secure strategic accounts. This includes continuously refining the approach to align with company revenue goals and the ongoing launch of new products, actively participating in defining their go-to-market strategies.
- Owning Market & Competitive Intelligence – Conducting continuous, in-depth research to identify market trends, customer behavior shifts, competitive threats, and untapped opportunities, providing actionable intelligence to maintain a competitive edge.
- Defining Process & Methodology – Defining, documenting, and optimizing business development processes, playbooks, and methodologies for both omnichannel and online channels to create an effective, efficient, scalable, and profitable system.
- Providing Coaching & Performance Management – Delivering continuous, constructive coaching, mentorship, and feedback to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and results across the sales team.
- Designing Sales Enablement & Training Programs – Developing and implementing comprehensive programs to upskill the team in consultative B2B selling and modern digital sales tools and methodologies.
- Owning CRM System & Sales Technology Stack – Serving as the ultimate business owner for the CRM system, ensuring optimal configuration, driving adoption, and managing a sophisticated technology stack to enhance productivity and provide data-driven insights.
- Defining & Analyzing KPI Framework – Establishing, tracking, and analyzing a robust set of sales KPIs, providing clear insights into business health through regular, insightful performance reports to senior leadership and the board.
- 10-15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 7-10 years in a significant leadership role (e.g., Head of Sales; Director of Sales) managing both individual contributors and sales managers.
- Demonstrable and quantifiable track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in both complex B2B/enterprise sales (long cycles, high contract values) and online/e-commerce sales (data-driven, funnel optimization).
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
