- Own and grow Fler’s key accounts in Italy, managing commercial performance, relationships with buyers and long-term partnership development. You will contribute to negotiations, annual agreements and business planning processes aligned with revenue, margin and visibility objectives.
- Drive strategic expansion within existing accounts, identifying opportunities for assortment growth, improved shelf positioning, secondary placements and increased promotional exposure, while ensuring profitability and brand consistency.
- Identify and onboard new retail partners, developing commercial proposals tailored to specialty, pharmacy/drugstore and perfumery channels. You will manage the onboarding process end-to-end, from negotiation to operational setup.
- Define and execute trade marketing strategies per account, including promotional calendars, visibility plans and in-store activation programs.
- Oversee in-store performance, coordinating materials, displays and promotional animations. Through regular store visits, you will monitor merchandising compliance, collect qualitative feedback and ensure strong brand representation at shelf.
- Monitor performance and support forecasting activities, analyzing sell-in and sell-out data, stock levels, rotation and promotional uplift. You will translate numbers into insights and contribute to structured monthly reporting and planning.
- Manage trade investments with an ROI-driven mindset, ensuring promotional activities and trade spend generate measurable impact and contribute to sustainable account growth.
- Coordinate field sales team, ensuring alignment on commercial priorities, in-store execution standards and performance targets across territories.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales and Trade Marketing support within FMCG, beauty or personal care
- Exposure to retail environments such as specialty, pharmacy/drugstore or perfumery
- Understanding of retail calendars, promotional mechanics and trade marketing levers
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and analyze sales data effectively
- Structured, hands-on mindset with the ability to combine strategy and execution

- Fluent Italian and English writing and speaking skills
- Available in Milan at least 3 days per week
- You will directly shape Fler’s retail growth in Italy in a scaling phase that requires structure, ambition and ownership.
