We are looking for bright and motivated profiles with the following characteristics:
  • Degree in Engineering & other similar studies
  • Previous work experience (maximum overall seniority 2 years, internships included)
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian, good command of English
  • Willingness to job rotation and geographic mobility across different plants in Italy
  • Strong team working skills, proactivity, problem solving, intrapersonal attitudes, critical-analytical thinking

2. Brief cognitive interview
3. Selected candidates will be invited to the Recruitment Factory Day at the plants in Foggia (19th September 2025). The Recruitment Factory Day will be an in-person event during which you will face assessment activities based on real challenges in a game-based logic, to concretely experience new way of working and explore our plants.
4. After the final selection, we will kick off the Supply Chain Journey, a structured development path designed to build the soft, technical, and managerial skills essential for a future career in plant operations.We are ready, are you?
