The tax and legal experts at KPMG Studio Associato provide assistance in all the key tax and corporate law areas, offering innovative, integrated services.We are recruiting a Consultant for our International Trade and Customs team in Milan, who will be tasked with:

analysing issues relating to international trade and customs law with respect to duties and non-tariff barriers, trade compliance measures, export controls, sanctions compliance (EU and US) and ESG offering both ongoing advice to multinational groups and counsel in disputes with the courts;
all the main international trade consultancy areas, such as a classification of goods, customs value, preferential and non preferential origin, duty mitigation programs (EU and US), authorised economic operators (AEO), CBAM, EUDR, EPR, dual use etc;
drafting legal options regarding customs law and trade compliance, as well as gap analysis, due diligence, etc:
analysing structures and planning international flows connected to the international supply chain.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristicsThis is the perfect opportunity for you if:

A master's degree in Economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or Law (LMG-01), with a final grade of at least 100/110;
The intention to pursue the professional practice as a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer;
you are proficient in English;
you have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
