IT CRM Delivery Specialist - Fixed‑Term Contract

• Support the management of the IT CRM project portfolio, monitoring priorities, dependencies, risks, and progress.
• Contribute to translating CRM project demand into structured resource allocations, working with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support end‑to‑end budget monitoring activities, from initial cost estimates to purchase order handling and goods receipt.
• Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of operational processes and delivery workflows for CRM projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and effective execution.
• Facilitate communication between IT CRM teams and external suppliers, ensuring clarity on activities, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Identify delivery risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, proposing practical solutions.
• Support KPI tracking and delivery reporting, ensuring clear and data‑driven insights.

• 2 years of experience in IT project coordination, delivery, PMO, or similar roles.
• Exposure to budget tracking and financial monitoring activities within IT projects (e.g. estimates, purchase orders, goods receipt).
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and results orientation.
• Nice to have: exposure to Agile methodologies or project management frameworks.
