- You are able to help developing, designing and conducting trials that validate the reliability of the equipment, materials, and their interactions to provide the most robust solution to our customers.
- You are able to produce high quality results and provide technical documentation that enables data driven business decisions.
- You can propose and implement ideas that drive the enhancement of current product lines or the development of new products to drive increased profit base on a detailed understanding of materials, equipment, and customer operations.
- You make your contribution follow up the market introduction of newly released systems through fields monitoring and support
- You can manage projects to enable supply chain improvements to manufacturing processes and raw materials by quantifying the impact of these changes on the performance of the materials
- You can help creating value-propositions and competitive intelligence for Sealed Air’s developmental solutions driving credible project definition and scoping documents.
- You engage with sustainability experts with the aim of designing products compliant with the upcoming PPWR regulations.
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Packaging Engineering/Science, Food/Meat Science, or related field experience with a minimum 2 to 4 years working in a packaging discipline. Equipment and automation experience or background are preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating data-driven reports to communicate technical ideas
- Experience managing multiple tasks, often with competing deadlines
- Professional, highly-motivated, reliable, and solution-oriented. Autonomy, initiative, leadership, ability to adapt easily to new situations
- Team playerable to work effectively on projects with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is a must
- Fluent in English is a must;
