- Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during each client interactions, transmitting the vision and values of the Maison
- Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty
- Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative, including the ones related to CRM initiatives
- Deliver excellence in operations: aftersales, VM, inventories etc
- Have previous experience at the highest levels of luxury in retail
- Be confident, organized, efficient, with a great attention to detail, result and action-oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Be independent and autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills
- Have a solid understanding of the retail world, including selling ceremony, KPIs, competitors
- Be fluent in English and Italian, additional language will be a plus
- Be available to work in Cernobbio, Villa D'Este boutique
