Join a team where supporting each other is part of the culture, in a company where customer success is our own.TasksWhat will you do?· Communicate daily with customers, internal departments, and affiliates so customer expectations are met.· Handle all orders efficiently and expeditiously.· Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production and Sales so that all internal departments are aligned and well informed.· Ensure our service is compliant with commercial agreements.· Keep the information in our software up to date; we work with JD Edwards.· Follow all process standards & regulations such as: SOX and BSI.· Support and work together with the other EMEA Customer Service Teams to reach company goals.RequirementsWhat are we looking for?· Experience: At least 1 year experience in a similar role in a team environment.· IT knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.· Languages: English professional level spoken and written is a must.· Based in reasonable commuting distnace to Moncalieri.Soft skills:· Customer oriented with good prioritization skills.· Strong communication skills both verbal and written.· Ability to work at all levels within the business.· Good organizational skills with the ability to work to tight timescales.· Results focused and the ability to take ownership of tasksBenefits
