  • Attending the RFQ's, rate request from customers & oversea offices.
  • Procuring prices from vendors for the RFQ's and rate request.
  • Offering quotation for the RFQ's and rate request
  • Support in preparation of transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies, and method statements.
  • Work closely with vendors and subcontractors for equipment availability and scheduling.
  • Coordinating with customers and updating daily operations for project cargo and heavy lift shipments(land, sea, or air).
  • Monitor cargo movements, resolve on-ground challenges, and keep clients updated.
  • Support customers with reports and updates.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal, and operational standards.
  • Maintain documentation including shipping documents, reports, and permits.
  • Assisting in customer invoicing, cost booking and final job closure.
  • Adhere to Safety, Health, and Quality standards of the company.
  • Awareness of Business Continuity Plan in place.

Exemption TypeExempt (Salaried)Job Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience in project logistics or related heavy transport operations
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • Familiar with MS Office and logistics software
  • Knowledge of HSE standards in logistics
  • Good spoken and written English
