This role is essential to ensure timely and accurate delivery and return of materials, while maintaining meticulous records and compliance with international shipping regulations.How you will contribute
- Coordinate and manage the shipment of press packages worldwide, aligned with the global events calendar.
- Prepare all necessary shipping documentation, including pro forma invoices and customs declarations.
- Oversee logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
- Manage the return process of shipped items, including cataloging and archiving both physically and digitally.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using internal management systems and databases.
- Liaise with couriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with customs and commercial regulations for international shipments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination, preferably in a fashion or luxury.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Solid understanding of customs regulations and commercial documentation (pro forma invoices, commercial invoices).
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
