- Overall management of activities at Monselice and Campiglia stations
- Coordination and supervision of assigned projects and activities

- Manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders
- Planning station activities
- Support budget planning, investments, and staffing
- Coordinate with other Station Managers
- Supervise Team Leaders
- Prepare and submit documentation to agricultural authorities
- Manage farmer contracts and administrative processes
- Create and update work instructions and protocols
- Technical and disciplinary team supervision
- Organize annual ESDs and training activities
- Ensure compliance with work and safety regulations
- Represent the station externally and in seminars
- University degree in Agronomy, Plant Breeding or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional and leadership experience
- Strong understanding of station activities and biotic/abiotic parameters
- Experience in R&D-driven companies with divisional structures
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Advanced knowledge in plant breeding, field trials, and technologies
