This is a place to make a difference in the world.The Role & What You Will Be DoingInclude introductory paragraph here if availableEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Pharmacovigilance Support role will make an impact:Manage any inbound information according to local proceduresThis position ensures the adequate management of ICSRsManage calls from HCPs and other customersMonitor PV mailbox and other communication channels for incoming ICSRs on drugs and parapharmaceuticalsTrack and acknowledgment of incoming ICSRsTranslate ICSRs into English languageEnter relevant data into local ICSR tracking tool and perform follow up activitiesLiaise with relevant stakeholders (e.g. QA, Medical, Service Providers) to ensure all relevant data are availableFormat and archive ICSR-relevant documents according to PV processes and policiesLocal literature activitiesInvestigate any instances of non-compliance and manage PV investigation formsContribute to Audit and Inspection preparations and the respective CAPAsWe offer an internship contractAbout Your Skills & ExperienceFor this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree with related health scienceBroad knowledge of all related safety discipline in the Pharma Industry, including clinical studies methodology, basic knowledge of clinical and safety data management and safety quality systemsGood knowledge of OfficeProficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is requiredSoft skills: Positive attitude, accuracy, curiosity, proactive and result oriented approachAt Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
