Senior Risk Management Specialist

• Perform in-depth risk assessments for large corporate clients, identifying potential exposures and developing tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, providing expert risk management advice and understanding their unique needs.
• Collaborate with insurers and underwriters to negotiate optimal coverage terms for clients.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of reinsurance dynamics for Italian insurers and how they impact client solutions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the corporate sector.
• Lead and develop a team of risk professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Engage in business development activities to expand the company's presence in the large corporate risk sector.

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in risk management, specifically with large corporate clients.
• Proven track record of senior access with leading insurers in the Italian market.
• Good understanding of the reinsurance dynamics for Italian insurers.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing risk management strategies for large corporations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field. Professional risk management certifications are advantageous likewise enrollment with Albo Broker/Agenti (letter A or B).
• Deep understanding of the corporate risk landscape, insurance products, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing long-term client relationships.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
