- Event management – planning and preparing for our own hosted events and exhibiting at key tradeshows, including planning of logistics and communications plans, creation of stand designs and supporting assets, and on the day attendance at some events.
- Marketing campaign management – looking after marketing campaigns from concept and creation, through to delivery and reporting of results. This could include writing copy for new assets or campaigns, working with our in-house design colleagues on creative or creating social media or email banners yourself.
- Continuous improvement – focusing on the quality and performance of campaigns and sharing identified potential improvements with your team that could help optimise marketing results.
- Digital first – adopting a ‘digital first’ mindset and making sure that digital performance of all marketing channels and activity is optimised and front of mind across everything you do. For example, ensuring regular SEO updates to website pages, refinement of social media activity and implementation of A/B testing and automation/drip campaigns to email marketing.
- Marketing & communications support – working with your marketing colleagues to support other key marketing and communications projects as required.
- Marketing insight – monitoring and reporting on key market trends, and using these insights to inform content and campaigns.
- Working closely with the regional and global marketing team for Caleb Brett, E&P and Minerals.
- Collaborating with your European and global marketing team colleagues on cross-business line activities,
- design projects etc.
- Liaising with business line stakeholders, including business line leaders, sales and operational colleagues
- Fluent in both German and English (both spoken and written) required
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a B2B services marketing role
- Previous experience in event management and marketing campaigns management
- Previous experience in the energy sector (oil and gas, and/or renewables) preferred but not essential
- Excellent copywriter & good Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint and Excel)
- Proactive and organised, with good project management and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, and comfortable building good working relationships
- Excellent attention to detail
- Happy to travel to different locations around Europe to spend time on-site with our teams and for events (you will still have hybrid working flexibility)
