- Build strong relationships with R&D teams at key customers, providing technical support, concept presentations, and high-quality sample delivery.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist customers with technical challenges, offering innovative solutions and troubleshooting application concerns.
- Develop cutting-edge solutions that align with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory standards, ensuring all products meet country-specific legal requirements.
- Drive continuous innovation and expand business opportunities by positioning Kerry as a preferred partner in customers' R&D organizations.
- Proactively manage internal and external project pipelines, leading cross-functional teams (Sales, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure successful execution.
- Maintain a strong technical understanding of customer manufacturing processes, NPD systems, product formulations, and market trends.- Education: BSc in Food Science or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in product development, preferably in processed meat, poultry, fish, meat alternatives, or prepared meals, or in an ingredient company specializing in these areas.
- Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of meat product applications, ingredient manufacturing, and processing, including process aids and functional ingredients.
- Languages: Fluent in Italian and English; French and/or Spanish is a plus.Technical & Business Skills:- Proven ability to plan and execute technical work aligned with business strategy.
- Experience in customer presentations and technical support.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and a team player.
- Proficient in IT tools and software.
