- Take care of satisfaction of the customers needs, solving issues and providing information and support to any matter that may arise;
- Using SAP, confirms delivery schedule & shipping details with customers ensuring best possible service;
- Acts as the pivot point of contact between the customer and the manufacturing;
- Processes intercompany and transfer orders;
- Monitor’s progress of material manufacture to ensure delivery date is met;
- Manage all the shipping activities including paperwork and also related to customs;
- Follows the invoicing and payment processes;
- Support in preparation of offers (prices, contribution margins, terms and conditions).
- Completion of a high school diploma;
- 2 years experience in a sales environment processing customer orders or data-entry experience;
- Working knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP) will be considered a plus;
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel and Word);
- Ability to write and communicate verbally in a professional business manner in Italian and English; Fluency in other languages will be considered as a plus;
- Ability to work with diverse cultures;
