Would you like to join a young, passionate and dynamic team and work on challenging transformation projects in Milan?TNP Italia is looking for motivated and curious talents to join our consulting teams for a 6-month internship.   • Analyzing business and operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Structuring insights and supporting data-driven decision making
  • Preparing presentations and project deliverables for clients
  • Supporting project governance activities (workshops, steering committees, progress tracking)
  • Contributing to process improvement, operational performance and digital transformation initiatives
  • Participating in projects across several sectors including industrial, services and financial services
Business Development
  • Conducting market research and sector analysis
  • Performing benchmarking and identifying business opportunities
  • Supporting strategic studies on industries and potential clients
Communication & Marketing
  • Contributing to brand awareness initiatives
  • Supporting social media and communication activities
  • Participating in events and initiatives promoting TNP Italia
WHO YOU AREWe are looking for curious and analytical candidates interested in solving complex business and operational challenges.
  • Final-year student or recent graduate (Master’s degree)
  • Background in Engineering (Industrial, Management, Mechanical, Computer Engineering), Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or other quantitative disciplines
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in process improvement, operations, digital transformation and data analysis
  • Comfortable working with data and structured analysis
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive, curious and able to work with a good level of autonomy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
  • Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus
