- Manage purchase requests and purchase orders in line with established procurement processes and timelines
- Support resolution of blocked or overdue invoices and pricing discrepancies
- Prepare regular spend and supplier analysis by country and category
- Act as a point of contact for suppliers on operational topics and requests
- Collect, monitor, and report supplier performance indicators in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Support supplier risk management activities and vendor qualification processes
- Perform price checks and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support cost analysis and identify pricing variances
- Monitor market trends, inflation, and supply-demand dynamics relevant to categories in scope
- Maintain accurate supplier and material master data
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, governance requirements, and internal controls
- Support sustainability, responsible sourcing, and compliance-related initiatives
- Work closely with internal functions
- Support RFQs, tenders, and negotiations in alignment with regional procurement leadership
- Maintain regular alignment with key stakeholders across the region
- University degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or a related field
- Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related commercial role
- Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating spend independently
- Strong analytical skills, including cost and pricing analysis
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and procurement tools
- Clear, structured, and professional communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a regional, cross-cultural environment
- English proficiency required; additional Asian language skills are an advantage
