Your ImpactThe Role: Retail Performance & Project Management SpecialistAt Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for an engaged and organized Retail Performance & Project Management Specialist to join the Retail organization at the Stone Island HQ in Milan.As part of the Retail team, the role will contribute to the coordination, execution, and monitoring of omnichannel initiatives, ensuring alignment between HQ, stores, and cross-functional teams. The position plays a key role in driving consistency, performance analysis across the retail network.Main Activities:
- Manage and update the Omnichannel Journal – our internal retail newsletter, ensuring consistency and alignment across channels and stakeholders
- Collaborate cross functionally and cross country to define targeted, store specific action plans aligned with business priorities
- Visit stores to support the implementation, validation, and on field execution of defined action plans
- Support the development of effective and efficient performance improvement initiatives in close cooperation with Retail teams (Operations, Training, After Sales)
- Define and maintain dedicated standards and routines for store performance monitoring, including specific focus areas such as discount analysis, personal shopper activity, top clients, and best client advisors
- Analyze stores’ performance and support the Retail Managers, providing qualitative insights and follow-up
- Coordinate 360° omnichannel and retail projects, ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution
- Own and maintain the Retail Calendar in close collaboration with the Marketing team
- Ensure clear project status updates by meeting with internal retail stakeholders
- Manage Purchase Orders related to retail activities (training, retail CAPEX, mall activations)
- Support Retail Travel planning and contribute to Retail Budget monitoring, with a focus on training initiatives
- Plan and coordinate in-person Store Managers Meetings, ensuring effective organization and follow-up
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management or related fields
- 2–4 years of experience in retail performance, retail excellence, project coordination or omnichannel environments
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a dynamic context
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and qualitative insights
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fluency in English
