UniCredit has consistently ranked among the leading bank in both Italian corporate acquisition financings and LBO market, having played a tier-one role in the most visible deals closed in the recent years.What you'll be doingAs an Associate Director, you will have broad exposure to senior bankers, clients, and investors, and will be actively involved in the execution and origination of a wide range of transactions, including acquisition financings, LBOs and high yield issues across both bank and institutional markets.What you can expect from us:- Proactive origination and active dialogue with Italian corporate clients and top-tier sponsor clients across Europe- Review and assessment of financial, business, and credit analysis- Critical analysis and assessment of appropriate debt structures- Review of T&Cs and financial documentation- Coordination with internal counterparties, incl.
