The brand was established in 1968 by Mrs. Jil Sander, it is directed by Simone Bellotti, and it was acquired by the OTB Fashion Group in 2021.Jil Sander is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern Retail Merchandising to join the Retail Merchandising team at its Milan Headquarter. The selected candidate will support the team in ensuring effective planning, analysis, and management of the collections, gaining first-hand experience in the world of luxury fashion retail.Main responsabilities
  • Support in the preparation and selection of orders for Women's and Men's collections, in line with the merchandising strategy;
  • Assist in monitoring retail performance and stock levels worldwide by analyzing sales data and market trends;
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports on sales trends, product performance, and promotional activities;
  • Help in drafting product training materials and contribute to internal trainings for the Retail Sales team;
  • Support in monitoring deliveries and store allocations during the launch of collections;
Assist in managing stock rebalancing and carry-over analysis.Requirements
  • University student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management or related fields;
  • A strong interest in fashion and retail merchandising;
  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential;
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills;
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn;
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
