- Work closely with the CEO to track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
- Co-manage CEO's daily calendar, act as point of contact for external and internal entities
- Close cooperation with Agency teams
- Calls and meetings set up, timely materials distribution, anticipation of possible obstacles and addressing them
- Organize, execute, and assist with various activities
- Manage domestic and international travel with a strong attention to details, safety and convenience
- Manage expense report coordination and submission in a timely manner, with no supervision
- Recognize and address pain points in processes, pro-actively search for improvements and drive their implementation
- Work closely with the extended leadership team
- 4 + years of experience supporting executives or top management in international companies
- Communicate flawlessly in English
- Have experience in planning travel and coordinating meetings
- Know how to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
- Pay very high attention to details, enabling a high degree of precision across all activities
- Present proactive attitude
- Have high sense of responsibility and ownership in various initiatives and assignments enabling efficient work under very little supervision
