- Land the field sales strategy in store, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives, in terms of volumes and net sales for the assigned sales points, in their area of responsibility.
- Guarantee the optimal execution of in-store promotional plans, sales activities and new product launches, according to defined plans and Barilla In-Store blueprint.
- Ensure the in-store presence of Barilla product portfolio, identifying and/or improving the right shelf allocation.
- Strengthen existing relationships with customers whilst understanding shoppers' and customers' needs, presenting new products, proactively providing insights to the Sales leadership team and innovating and improving our sales processes in order to achieve mutual sales goals.
- Degree qualified in Economics, Trade Marketing, Business Management, Data Analytics for Business, and similar.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with business mindset, passion and curiosity for trends & market evolution.
- Proactivity and determination, with the ability to work independently to reach targets.
- B Driving Licence (minimum 36 months)
- A previous experience in Trade and Sales will be considered a plus (1-2 years)
- Passion for analytics and strong numerical skills
