
Sales Manager for Variable Frequency Drives and Industrial Automation

- Developing new customers (distributors/OEMs)
- Providing commercial and technical support to distributors and partners in Italy
- Identifying and approaching potential customers
- Handling inquiries and technical questions about the product portfolio
- Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to engage key accounts
- Providing daily reports on field sales performance and communicating VOC (Voice of Customer) data to the country manager
- Performing other office-related tasks
- Experience in a sales role focused on VFDs within the industrial automation or a related industry
- Preferably a technical background in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Automation
- Knowledge and experience with frequency inverters, PLCs, HMIs, and servo systems
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Ability to provide technical advice for customer-specific applications
- Native Italian speaker with fluency in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus
- Positive, independent, and flexible attitude
- Strong commercial insight and excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
