DRIVE YOUR FUTUREBecome a key player in our HSE team and contribute to improve our process. The HSE department handles health, safety, and environmental aspects related to the production process. It is a highly dynamic department that addresses all three topics in an interconnected manner. Environmental issues relate to the environmental impacts of the production process on air, water, and soil. Health concerns industrial hygiene and the healthiness of the workplace. Finally, safety is a highly operational aspect, ranging from compliance with Italian law to operational inspections to validate safe work practices. The intern will be integrated into this organization to seamlessly support all needs arising from these issues, which are always closely tied to factory life.WHY JOIN USWe are offering a rewarding role with scope for career progression along with:· Professional and personal development· Immersive environment· Engaging challengesWHAT YOU WILL LEARNYou will collaborate with your tutor in:· Participation in the preparation of general and specific risk assessment documents.· Development of procedures and operating instructions related to the Integrated Health, Safety, and Environment System (ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 14001:2015).· Incident analysis, near misses, hazardous conditions, and behaviors, and performing root cause analysis.· Collection and analysis of safety KPIs for continuous improvement and monthly company reporting.· Verification of regulatory compliance and identification of potential prevention and protection measures.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR· Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering· Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).· Basic knowledge of the Machinery Directive and Health, Safety, and Environment Systems (ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 14001:2015).· Teamwork skills and ability to achieve shared goals.· Creativity and ability to find unconventional solutions to common problems.· Desire to gain experience that involves interfacing with different stakeholders within the company
